Soft, fluffy, freshly baked artisan gluten-free, dairy-free brioche buns with a light crumb and great flavour. Perfect for burgers or sandwiches!
Please note these brioche buns are sold frozen in packs of three, so bring your cool bag when collecting. Once defrosted, these are fabulous warmed whole in the oven or microwave, or split and grilled or toasted.
Ingredients: Water, organic tapioca starch, organic millet flour, almond milk (water, almonds, calcium carbonate, salt, sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, natural flavouring, Vitamins D2, E, B12), eggs, sorghum flour, sunflower oil, sugar, rice flour, psyllium husk, yeast (yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt (salt, sodium ferrocyanide).
