A pack of four of our ever-popular decadent gluten-free buns with a luscious cinnamon butter filling, glazed with sugar syrup: perfect for freezing, defrosting and and reheating in the microwave to serve warm for a special breakfast over Christmas and New Year.
Defrost overnight in an airtight container, or defrost from frozen in the microwave for 2 minutes on the defrost/lowest setting. Leave to rest for 1 minute. Once defrosted, to restore the bun's bounce and gooeyness, heat in the microwave on 800w power for around 20 seconds. Leave to rest for 1 minute before consuming.
Ingredients: Tapioca flour, millet flour, sorghum flour, water, milk, butter (milk, salt), sugar, cream (milk), egg, cinnamon, psyllium husk, rice flour, yeast, baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbornate, corn starch), xanthan gum, salt.
