This bake really is a labour of love: beautifully laminated layers of of home-made all-butter gluten-free puff pastry crammed full of mature cheddar and parmesan cheese, and topped with more parmesan (check out the photos to see how I get them just so cheesy!)... how can you resist?!
These cute cheese straws come in packs of 16 (min. weight 150g per pack) , and are frozen uncooked for you to collect and store in your freezer for the festivities. Just take out the desired quantity, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake from frozen at 180 degrees fan for 15-17 minutes to enjoy them super-fresh and warm from the oven.
Ingredients: Butter (milk, salt), rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour, buckwheat flour, water, cheddar cheese (milk), parmesan cheese (milk), egg, sugar, xanthan gum, salt.
