A delicious gluten-free artisan loaf made with buckwheat to give a mildly nutty flavour. Fantastic toasted. Please note this bread is sold sliced and frozen, so bring your cool bag for collection. Each loaf is sliced by hand, so slices may vary slightly in thickness!
Ingredients: Water, organic buckwheat flour, organic potato starch, organic brown rice flour, sugar, psyllium husk, organic apple cider vinegar, yeast (yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), salt (salt, sodium ferrocyanide).
Each large loaf weighs approx. 570g
Each small half loaf weighs approx. 285g
