A delicious gluten-free artisan loaf made with buckwheat to give a mildly nutty flavour. Fantastic toasted. Please note this bread is sold sliced and frozen, so bring your cool bag for collection. Each loaf is sliced by hand, so slices may vary slightly in thickness!
Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, potato starch, brown rice flour, water, sugar, psyllium husk, apple cider vinegar, yeast, salt, olive oil.
Each large loaf weighs approx. 570g
Each small half loaf weighs approx. 285g
