As someone who needs to eat gluten free, it’s such a joy to find bakes that are not only delicious but that I feel 100% confident I’m not going to be glutened by. The mocha cake I had last time was absolutely incredible — OMG! It was so delicious that I actually had to ration myself and make sure I saved some to enjoy each day. Please, please make it again! And the cheese scones… unbelievable! I’m saving my very last one in the freezer until you bake them again because they are honestly that good. Thank you for making such wonderful gluten-free treats. It’s difficult to explain how much of a difference that makes when you’ve been missing those things for a long time. "As a coeliac, it's hard to describe just how excited I am about the breads and cakes that Fen Family Kitchen are now producing. The bread is so fresh and soft, it has an amazing flavour and crumb texture - it is absolutely incomparable to store-bought gluten-free bread. I have thoroughly enjoyed every single item I've tried from Fen Family Kitchen, and the cinnamon buns are a particular highlight for me because I hadn't been able to have one for more than a decade.
