A decadent dessert for the festive season: a cocoa-dusted, light chocolate sponge encasing a luscious black cherry and Kirsch chantilly cream filling, and a sprinkling of grated dark chocolate. Serves 6.
Freshly frozen to collect and keep in your freezer ready for the Christmas and New Year celebrations. Defrost gently overnight in the fridge the day before you serve the log, or for around 4-5 hours at room temperature.
Ingredients: Cream (milk), eggs, sugar, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour, buckwheat flour, black cherries, water, cocoa powder, icing sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), vanilla extract, Kirsch, baking powder, xanthan gum, acidity regulator.
