Please note these brioche buns are sold frozen in packs of four, so bring your cool bag when collecting. Once defrosted, these are fabulous warmed whole in the oven or microwave, or split and grilled or toasted.
Ingredients: Water, organic tapioca starch, organic millet flour, milk, eggs, sorghum flour, sunflower oil, sugar, rice flour, psyllium husk, yeast (yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt (salt, sodium ferrocyanide).
