A pack of two decadent, glazed gluten-free brioche buns packed with a deeply chocolatey filling: perfect for defrosting and and reheating in the microwave to serve warm for breakfast, elevenses or tea time! Please note these buns are sold frozen, so bring your cool bag for collection.
Defrost overnight in an airtight container, or defrost from frozen in the microwave for 2 minutes on the defrost/lowest setting. Leave to rest for 1 minute. Once defrosted, to restore the bun's springiness, heat in the microwave on 800w power for around 30 seconds. Leave to rest for 1 minute before consuming.
Ingredients: Organic tapioca flour, organic millet flour, sorghum flour, water, milk, sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, soya lecithins, vanilla extract), cream (milk), eggs, butter (milk, salt), cocoa powder (cocoa powder, acidity regulators: potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate), psyllium husk, rice flour, yeast (yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbornate, corn starch), xanthan gum, salt (salt, sodium ferrocyanide).
