A pack of two decadent gluten-free buns with a luscious cinnamon butter filling, glazed with sugar syrup: perfect for defrosting and and reheating in the microwave to serve warm for breakfast, elevenses or tea time!
Please note these buns are sold frozen, so bring your cool bag for collection.
Defrost overnight in an airtight container, or defrost from frozen in the microwave for 2 minutes on the defrost/lowest setting. Leave to rest for 1 minute. Once defrosted, to restore the bun's bounce and gooeyness, heat in the microwave on 800w power for around 30 seconds. Leave to rest for 1 minute before consuming.
Ingredients: Organic tapioca flour, organic millet flour, sorghum flour, water, milk, butter (milk, salt), sugar, cream (milk), eggs, cinnamon, psyllium husk, rice flour, yeast (yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbornate, corn starch), xanthan gum, salt (salt, sodium ferrocyanide).
