Gluten-free brioche-style sandwich loaf with a soft, fluffy crumb and great flavour, thanks to its enriched dough. Perfect for sandwiches. Stays soft for a couple of days once defrosted when stored in an airtight container. Be warned... once you start eating it, you won't want to stop!
Please note this loaf is sold sliced and frozen, so bring your cool bag when collecting.
