A sophisticated dessert for the festive season: a cocoa-dusted, light chocolate sponge encasing a zesty orange chantilly cream filling laced with Grand Marnier, and a sprinkling of grated dark chocolate. Serves 6.
Freshly frozen to collect and keep in your freezer ready for the Christmas and New Year celebrations. Defrost gently overnight in the fridge the day before you serve the log, or for around 4-5 hours at room temperature.
