A sophisticated dessert for the festive season: a cocoa-dusted, light chocolate sponge encasing a zesty orange chantilly cream filling laced with Grand Marnier, and a sprinkling of grated dark chocolate. Serves 6.
Freshly frozen to collect and keep in your freezer ready for the Christmas and New Year celebrations. Defrost gently overnight in the fridge the day before you serve the log, or for around 4-5 hours at room temperature.

Ingredients: Cream (milk), eggs, sugar, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour, buckwheat flour,, cocoa powder, icing sugar, orange zest, orange juice, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), vanilla extract), Grand Marnier, baking powder, xanthan gum.
